I understand that I am responsible for the safety and welfare of the animals I am bringing with me
I shall maintain orderliness & cleanliness at the venue
I shall be responsible for conducting the background check, pet worthiness of the adopting parents and shall not hold the organizers of the adoption camp responsible
I shall comply with the requisites of adoption such as filling in of the official adoption form, and collection of photocopies to confirm photo ID & address and deposit a copy with the organisers
Should any of my pets not be adopted I shall ensure I take them back and ensure their wellbeing
I understand that there is a likelihood of adopted animals being returned and forced to be taken back, and under such circumstances the pets become my responsibility, and I shall ensure that the pet is taken under my care and responsibility
I understand that this registration does not guarantee a place in the event, that the organisers could restrict participation depending upon other factors
I understand the camp is a voluntary service done in the interest of animals, I shall ensure full cooperation, participation and support and ensure that at all times the life and respect of animals is maintained as the most important objective
I am aware of the rules regarding adoption of pets and agree to abide by them
